Working with a Manager
The manager pane is your window on the manager. It allows you to easily access details about the manager and all of the jobs, reminders and tracking associated with that manager. Managers are organized under Companies. One or more manager can be created under one company. Managers are typically the main contact person for hiring or interviewing. You can easily access the following manager information tabs:
- Details
- Reminders
- Tracking

Manager Details tab
You can view or edit manager contact information under the Details tab. Name and Email are required fields and must be filled in order to set up a new manager.
The lower portion of the screen displays the job status information linked to this manager.
Manager Reminders tab
View all reminders linked to this manager in the Reminders tab.
- To set a reminder, click New and choose the type of reminder.
- To view or edit a reminder, highlight it and click Open.
- To delete a reminder, highlight it and click Delete.
The lower portion of the screen displays the job status information linked to this manager.
Manager Tracking tab
View all tracking items linked to this manager in the Tracking tab.
Select the job you want to track in the job drop-down menu. The benefit of this feature is to filter out jobs and view them one at a time.
- To set a reminder, click New and choose the type of reminder.
- To view or edit a reminder, highlight it and click Open.
- To delete a reminder, highlight it and click Delete.

Set up a Manager
- On the File menu, click New.
- Select Manager in the submenu
- The "Manager information" dialog window appears with the company name at the top.
- Type the name and email of the manager, as well as any additional information you want to record and click Save .
